<p>Born in 1985, Matt was brought up into a Christian and musical home.</p> <p><span>At an early age, Matt began playing drums, piano and later on, guitar. His passion for music only grew however, saved at the age of 15, Matt's desire and passion for music alone was replaced with a passion to make the glory of God known through music. Matt began writing worship songs and has continued ever since.</span><br /><br /><span>In 2005, Matt married his teenage sweetheart, Amy. They have two children together.</span><br /><br /><span>In 2010, Matt and his family moved to the US where Matt was part of a music and worship internship with Bob Kauflin (Sovereign Grace) and Ken Boer (Covenant Life Church, Gaithersburg). Matt had a cut on the the Sovereign Grace hymns album,&#160;<em>From Age To Age</em>, with "Nothing That My Hands Can Do".</span><br /><br /><span>Matt is also producing home grown music and in July 2012, released his debut self-produced single, "We Bow You Reign".</span><br /><br /><span>Matt divides his time between his family, leading worship at Sovereign Grace Church Merthyr Tydfil, writing music and working as a Police Officer in South Wales, UK.</span></p>
