Hi. I'm A Worshipper.

It’s Easter time and we at All About Worship wanted to wish you the most blessed week.

May your song selections be divinely inspired, your rehearsals be smooth as butter, your teams be on their A-games, and your congregations be overwhelmed by the presence of God as you lead them in whatever Easter events and services your churches are offering. Know that we are cheering you on extra loud this week and that we are praying for your rest to be multiplied and your energy to be boundless as you move through these next few days. We are well aware of the countless hours you will put in between now and Sunday . . . hours that will go unseen, hours that will drag you away from your families, hours that will leave you spent. But we are also confident that your hearts for worship will fuel you until your heads hit your pillows Sunday night and that all the blood, sweat, and tears will be worth it the moment your people erupt in praise. So keep running the race and we can’t wait to see and hear the amazing stories of what God did in your churches.

Over the next couple of months, we are going to be introducing (maybe reintroducing for some) you to our All About Worship team. There have been some exciting changes in recent months and now that we’ve gotten our bearings, we want to make sure you know the names and voices behind everything we are doing here at AAW. There are even more exciting things coming and we can’t wait to share them with you. But first, please meet one of our team members . . . James Galbraith!

Hey! Welcome to the new AAW website! I hope you enjoy the new look as much as we enjoy  presenting it to you. Firstly, my name is James and I am a worshipper.

I have been involved in worship since I was 17. I’ve done the solo thing, the big band thing and the small team thing. I’ve pastored and I’ve been pastored. I’ve been on the right side of the tracks and….well, we don’t need to get into all that. I’ve seen many God moments happen before my eyes and I’ve seen some bad moments happen through “godly” people. Through all these moments I remain absolute in one thing. God is real. He is alive and he wants to move powerfully through us to those around us. He is still searching for those people who are completely his. I am always constantly aiming to be one of those people.

All About Worship is a resource that we can use to connect with each other. To help guide each other through the ups and downs of local church worship. It’s not always an easy road, I know that, but by igniting a community of like-minded people who only want God to show himself strong on our behalf, we can accomplish anything . . . TOGETHER.

For the eyes of the Lord roam throughout the earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is fully devoted to Him. - 2 Chronicles 16:9

Many times we can revert to our human tendencies of competition or individualism. It’s only natural. But that can actually perpetuate the problem. We want to stir up something in you that goes FAR beyond the natural, straight into the supernatural. How do we get there? Well, we do it together. We all win together. Trust me, there is enough music, worship, talent and provision out there for EVERYBODY.

That’s a big part of what this community is. We love God. We love people. We are filled with the Holy Spirit to accommodate every calling and gifting each person has to show the world the fullness of who He is.

Am I perfect? NOT A CHANCE. But where I may be weak, you maybe strong, and where you are weak...you get the gist. So let’s help each other build something so that we can all begin to see the glory of God fully present in our day to day. Who’s with me?
